Terms and Conditions

ORDERS
Orders need to be placed minimum 1 days in advance. Please refer to our Delivery Information page for detailed schedule.

No exchange / refund / cancellation / change is allowed for confirmed orders unless the items were delivered spoiled. Please contact us at orders@dcake.com.sg should you require any assistance for your order.

Our food items are presented on disposable packaging.

DELIVERY
Delivery charge of S$5 will apply for all orders

For delivery to Sentosa, Tuas, Jurong Island, Jurong Shipyard and Jurong Port, there will be an additional location fee of S$8 for all orders.

GENERAL
The Management reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.

While we endeavour to fulfill all deliveries, The DCake Pte Ltd shall not be liable or responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver the products ordered due to the absence of the recipient or wrong address, or due to given unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
