All orders made by you shall be deemed to be an offer made by you to purchase the selected product(s) and quantities set out in your order upon these Terms of Use. All orders shall be subject to acceptance by Kim Joo Guan.
After your order is received, our customer service representative will contact you to confirm the order details and to arrange for delivery.
No cancellation is possible after the order confirmation slip is generated by the system.
All orders made by you are subject to stock availability. Kim Joo Guan reserves the right to cancel, amend or reject your order in whole or in part, at any time and without liability or compensation, where any product is out of stock, damaged or spoilt, or unavailable for any other reason.
At present, Kim Joo Guan delivers to most areas in mainland Singapore, but not certain areas. You may contact us at sales@kimjooguan.com to check on our delivery coverage. Kim Joo Guan will only process and accept orders within our delivery coverage.
We provide free delivery to a single location per order, for a one-time purchase of S$200.00 or more.
For purchases less than S$200.00, a delivery fee of S$20.00 will be imposed.
All orders below 20kg must be placed at least 24 hours in advance. For orders above 20kg, it must be placed 3 days in advance.
In the event that customers or their representatives are not present to receive the delivery, a notification slip will be left at the premise to notify the customer and another delivery time will be arranged. A delivery fee of S$20.00 will then be charged for subsequent delivery.
Kim Joo Guan endeavours to provide you with accurate and up-to-date pricing, product and promotional information. However, errors may sometimes occur and we do not guarantee that the pricing, images or other product or promotional information provided will be error-free, updated or complete.
Prices quoted on Kim Joo Guan website are in Singapore Dollar. Prices can be subjected to change without prior notice.
All prices quoted are inclusive of 7% Singapore Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Payment for all orders shall be made in Singapore dollars.
Payment can be made through either Paypal, Internet Bank Transfer or Payment upon delivery.
